In the winter before going to sleep and especially with all these viruses in the air, it is important to disinfect the room and also to use essential oils which help us breathe better.

I chose three essential oils:

Lemon grass- creates flow and releases mucus blockages in the respiratory system

Lemon-antibacterial and antiviral, refreshing, strengthening, cleansing

Palma Rosa - effective against flu, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal, helps against sinusitis

The components of the candle:

All candles consist of soy wax, without paraffin or any other harmful substance

and contain cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut wax and almond oil

Contains a wooden fuse
